Faber is launching its first standalone audio list featuring both front and backlist titles. Faber Audio begins life on 20th September with the CD release of David Peace’s The Damned United (£15.99), read by “Life on Mars” star John Simm. The official full launch of the list follows in spring 2008. Five to 10 fiction, poetry, non-fiction and children’s audiobooks will be brought out each season, initially in CD format, with plans for digital downloads forthcoming.
