John Simm Supports I Am Whole to raise awareness of Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD).

#IAMWHOLE is an award winning mental health campaign founded by Spirit Studios and Jordan Stephans aimed at young people, encouraging them to speak out, seek help, get support and change the stats.

#IAMWHOLE partnered with BrewDog, the company that disrupted the brewing industry, to release their first collaboration beer SAD AF, an alcohol-free beer that kickstarted a programme of mental health awareness activities and research during January and beyond. Their campaign aims to highlight the disparages surrounding men’s mental health and the reasons why they often find themselves suffering in silence.
